1. Delivery Areas
We have next business day delivery in England, Wales, Scotland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. Our partner couriers are UKMail and Parcel Force.
Business days mean working days except, Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery charges to Different locations are explained in the table below.
2. Delivery Days and Time
Door to Door Deliveries are arranged Monday to Friday to cut the delivery cost down and bring you reasonable prices. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3. Cutoff time
Orders received by midnight will only be processed for dispatch on the following day. Orders received after midnight will be processed, on the day after. The cut-off time enables us to ensure that all our customers receive the quality of service expect of us.
4. Product Weight
The product weight throughout the site is to help us and shoppers calculate total weight for shipment charges. The net weight of the product is as in the product title. The actual weight for some of the products may slightly vary. If the gross weight is not clearly stated by the manufacturer and for weights of the vegetables & fruits (Eg. Bunch of Coriander, 6 apples, a box of mangoes) approximate weight taken for the calculation.

Currently, we have only one payment option that is Paypal. Paypal is the safest way to pay online and widely accepted for its protection and security. You don't need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction.

The delivery will be made by UKmail or Parcelforce, our courier partners anytime from 8am to 8pm.
Please ensure that there is someone at home on the date of delivery. If no one is available at the address when the driver arrives, a card is left as a confirmation of their attempt to make the delivery. The card will contain instructions on how the parcel can be retrieved - Customers can either collect it or arrange for redelivery.
We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished (in case there is no one at home to receive the order). In case the delivery attempt is not successful, the courier company will make another attempt to re-deliver the next working day, after that the goods will be held at the depot for 7 days, and thereafter, returned back to us. In this scenario depending on the saleable condition of the goods, we will deduct the cost of postage and 'returns-fee' of £9.99 and reimburse the balance in the method that you paid us.
8. Returns & Customer Responsibilities:
Please ensure the parcel is opened as soon as the delivery arrives. All the fresh vegetables should be stored in a fridge/refrigerator. If you are not happy with any item, please get in touch with our customer service within 12 hrs of receiving the parcel with a photo proof (Please take a snapshot of the image and send it via email). Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. We will refund for returned items. If you didn't like any product, please return to our store for a full refund. It is the customers' responsibility to bear the cost of returning the items unless it is a fault from our side.
