Can I browse online without having an account ?
Yes, you can. You are welcome to browse around our website to see what we do, and what kinds of products, promotions and services we offer but you will be unable to purchase anything from us until you have successfully registered to become a customer.
Do you Deliver in my Area ?
We have next bussiness day delivery in England, Wales, Scotland, Higlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Weight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. Our partner couriers are UKMail and Parcel Force.
We also deliver to most of the European Countries. It will take upto five business days for deliveries to European countries once parcel is dispatched from our wearhouse. Our partner courier for European Countires' Delivery is Parcel Force.
Who delivers my order and What is my delivery time?
Your orders will be picked and delivered by UKmail or Parcel Force, our courier partners. No Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. When the parcels are dispatched from our shop, a separate email will be sent you with the consignment number and tracking information . The delivery time can be any time between 8.00am to 8.00pm. For UK customers, if you provide mobile number, you are likely to get delivery update text messages
Do you have a minimum order limit?
Yes. You are required to order at least £15 to check out. Otherwise you wont be able to complete the payment and proceed. If you want something in particular which happens to be below £15 and happy to pay full delivery cost of £.7.99 + paypal payment charges, email with details through contact us link and we shall make arrangements for delivery and payment.
What is your weight limit?
Weight limit is 28kg per order to benefit from standard delivery charges. Orders above 28kg will have to pay for two deliveries.

I can't find the product I'm looking for online?
Write to us about the product you are looking for if it is not available in our site. We will take all the efforts to avail the product for you. If it is available in our site, you can find it either by searching in the Search tab with the key words either, or by selecting the brand or by looking in the categories and sub-categories.
What happens if a product I order is out of stock?
We will let you know if a product happens to be unavailable or out of stock. We will either refund the cost of the product or substitute with similar product from other brand names.You can also pay at the store if you are collecting from the store and redeem your shipping charge back.
What are my payment Options?
Currently we have only one payment options that is Paypal. Paypal is the safest way to pay online and widley accepted for its protection and security. You dont need to have a paypal account to complete the transaction. But it is better to create a Paypal account, as payment can be made quicker wthout entering your details everytime.
When do you take the payment?
We dont take payment before an order is sent. When you order, you are only committing to buy and authorising us to take the payment from your card. We dont take payment until an order has been dispatched from our wearhouse.
How do I pay without having a paypal account?
Once you are navigated to Paypal, click on the link 'Dont have a paypal account?' and it will guide you to the option to pay as a guest. Following picture shows where to click once you are in Paypal page.
I havent received my order confirmation?
Please check your Spam/Junk mail folders as your mail provider is likely to direct thirdparty mails to junk/spam folders.
What is your Return Policy?
Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect goods must be notified immediately to the customer care within 24 hours of delivery, with the exception of Fruits and Vegetables which must be checked at time of delivery and if any damage should be reported within 12 hours. Please ensure the parcel is opened as soon as the delivery arrives. Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. Please take a snapshot of the image and send it via email. We will refund for returned items.
Why the weights are shown different on the product title and on the actual weight space?
The product weight throughout the site is to help the shoppers calculate total weight for shipment purpose only. The net weight of the product is as in the product title. The actual weight for some of the products may slightly vary. If the gross weight, including packaging, not clearly stated by the manufacturer and for weights of the vegetables & fruits (Eg. Bunch of Coriander, 6 apples, box of mangoes) approximate weight taken for calculation. For Vegitables and Fruits exact weight may not be possible all the time. In that case, will be adjusted with other vegitable or fruit of same value.

What is a shopping list and how does it work?
Shopping list is a easy shopping tool allows you to create and save a list of products from which you can add to cart any time you want to purcahse. This is good for any one who has regular purchase and want to save time. By creating a shopping list, you dont have to browse through the entire site but easily add from your saved list.
Any limitations for non-UK deliveries?
For non-UK deliveries, wieght per order is stirctly 28kg. No fresh fruits or vegetables are allowed to international destinations.
